2015 AWARDS ANNOUNCED

UNLOCK THE EXPERIENCE: ACCESS SPORTS EXPERIENCES 4TH ANNUAL AUCTION PHILADELPHIA, PA- Access Sports Experiences is proud to announce the five award honorees at their annual of “Unlock the Experience”: 4th Annual Auction and Celebration on April 18, 2015 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Cadillac Grille at the Wells Fargo Center. Receiving the 2015 awards are: The Philadelphia Flyers for “Team of the Year”; The Village, for “Agency of the Year”; Monitor for Hire, for “Sponsor of the Year”, and Pamela Warner, for “Volunteer of the Year”, all being honored for showing their dedication and commitment to Access Sports Experiences’ mission. In addition to the four annual awards, Access Sports Experiences would like to highlight the creation of “The Inclusion Award”. “The Inclusion Award” serves to highlight individuals and teams that have demonstrated exceptional integration of those individuals with special needs into their communities. 2015’s “Inclusion Award” is being awarded to the Methacton High School Football Team for demonstrating the importance of including those with special needs on the team and accepting and embracing all people regardless of ability, as equals. Lori McClure, Assistant Director for ASE, stated, “ASE believes a powerful tool of making inclusion part of everyone’s lives is through sports. Inclusion creates life- transforming changes like community building, developing greater self-esteem and creating confidence in a once broken spirit. 2015 will have a strong emphasis on inclusion, as we will be hosting inclusive sports clinics in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with top professional sports teams” Throughout the evening, host Doug Shimell, from NBC10, will be providing live entertainment for some guests as they peruse tables of adorned items, packages and experiences, while other guests may enjoy watching the Philadelphia Soul game while savoring decadent appetizers. From signed jerseys to cooking classes, individual sports tickets to dining experiences and spa packages, this event has an item that caters to every personality.
